South Africa: shipping cost and time

• Express Shipping (R150): 1–3 working days
• Standard Shipping (R99): 3–7 working days
• Free Shipping (over R1500): 3–7 working days

International Shipping

• Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Shipped via TUNL, with the option of UPS, FedEx or TUNL economy.
• Delivery takes 5–15 business days, depending on the option you choose.
• Duties and taxes are paid upfront: included in our US prices, and added at checkout for every other country. Nothing to pay on delivery. See International Shipping & Duties.

Rethread is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.

We hope you love your purchase! If you need to make a return or exchange:

• Refunds: request within 14 days of delivery.
• Exchanges or store credit: request within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Sale items: the same policy applies, except sample sale items, which are final sale.
• Damaged or incorrect items: email helpme@rethread.store within 24 hours of delivery, with photos.
• Return shipping costs are for the customer’s account.

International orders: we strongly discourage international returns, as shipping, duties and taxes back into South Africa can cost more than the piece itself. If you’d still like to go ahead, we accept them within the same policy and will help you arrange it, at your own cost.
